This project involved the renovation of the Usdan Dining Hall and accessory spaces to include residential and retail dining food courts.
The renovation involved a total of approximately 22,000 square feet. The Lower Usdan food court included multiple food stations and seating areas with restricted access for residential meal plan card holders only. The Upper Usdan food court included multiple food concepts and seating areas available for retail dining.
Code-compliant men's and women's toilet rooms, meeting handicap accessibility requirements, were provided.
