The Sherman Dining Hall building includes a second floor pub for upper-classman on campus.  This project included a gut renovation of this space and a revamped menu that introduced artisan pizza.

One of the many challenges with this project was how to accommodate the new 2000 pound (one ton) pizza oven on a second floor that requires a new exhaust system and tempered make-up air.
