Sodexo Campus Services retained Dembling + Dembling Architects, P.C. to develop a next generation college campus Panera Bread® at the RPI Student Union. 

DDA worked with Panera Bread® and RPI to integrate with the existing Student Union, and maintain Panera Bread’s identity, equipment package, millwork, and finish standards.

The 2,500 square foot space provided Kitchen, Bakery, support, and customer service spaces. 

Project Duration: 4 months.  (As of the date of project completion, this was the shortest combined design and construction period in Panera Bread’s history.)
